With the Angelo Custode service, users are assisted in various sites throughout Italy: some are workers who work alone at their company (for example caretakers or night cleaners) and in this case they are in contact with the Operators of our Central thanks to WiFi; others instead operate in ever-different areas on the national territory (for example fuel hauliers, maintainers of photovoltaic systems, wind turbines or telecommunication towers), and in this case communication is made possible by public cellular networks. In addition to the operational communication function, TASSTA allows multiple LWP functions essential for the remote safety assistance of the lone worker that we provide to our customers, such as:
- Sensor check at the beginning of the work shift
- Forwarding of rescue requests both voluntary (SOS button) and automatic (Man down, Immobility, Periodic Check) in emergency situations
- Reporting of the lowering of the battery level
- Possibility of georeferencing sensitive areas
- Complete and detailed reports
Pontiradio gère le nœud de communication TASSTA (T.Lion) ainsi que le nœud de secours (T.Brother), redondant en diversité de site. Sur ce nœud sont hébergées les instances dédiées aux différents clients finaux, à qui un service dans le cloud est fourni.
Pour qu’un système de communication et de sécurité soit véritablement efficace, il faut prêter attention non seulement au logiciel, mais aussi aux terminaux périphériques.
C’est pourquoi nous proposons à nos clients les terminaux les plus adaptés au contexte d’usage. Ces terminaux sont choisis car ils disposent également de fonctionnalités utiles pour les activités terrain : boutons PTT et SOS facilement identifiables même avec des gants de travail, autonomie renforcée, résistance aux chocs, à la poussière et aux liquides.
Pour des applications plus spécifiques, par exemple pour les travailleurs en zones à risque d’explosion, nous fournissons des smartphones PoC certifiés ATEX zone 1 ou 2, comme l’Ecom Smart-Ex.
Si nécessaire, nous fournissons avec les terminaux des accessoires qui en facilitent l’usage, comme des harnais permettant de porter le terminal sur la poitrine, caméra orientée vers l’extérieur, pour que le superviseur du centre opérationnel puisse visualiser en direct les opérations menées et l’environnement.
